Abstract :
The new ternary Walsh transform is shown in this article. It is based on Kronecker product as well as known Galois Field (3) (GF(3)) and new ternary operations. The properties and two types of the fast algorithms for ternary Walsh transform are shown. The same hardware implementation can be used for both forward and inverse ternary Walsh transforms based on its fast algorithms and properties.
