Abstract :
D.C. Youla´s (see IEEE Trans. Circuit Theory, vol.CT-11, p.30-50, 1964) broadband matching theory for lossless networks is developed systematically for the semiuniform lossy networks which are used in MICs and MMICs (monolithic microwave integrated circuits). The unitary property of the scattering matrix of semiuniform lossy two-port has been proved. The constraints of load-transmission zeros on the semiuniform lossy broadband matching networks can be designed using the proposed method.<>
