Abstract :
We have investigated the terahertz emission properties from left- and right-hand twisted gammadion-type photoconductive antennas by using the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. These photoconductive antennas, which are fabricated with the super-fine ink-jet printing technology, show the polarization angle and ellipticity spectra with opposite sign for opposite chirality. Simulation data by the finite-difference time-domain method reproduced the experimental data very well.
