Industry lacks researchers, developers and service engineers in the whole area of Electrical Power Engineering. However, graduates do not emerge automatically from universities or technical colleges. The critical age is less than 14 years when the path to the future profession is selected. We have to provide sufficient information for that decision and also encourage kids to have active contact with the great field of experimental science. Careful guidance and special tuition steps address the inherent anxiousness and playing attitude of kids. The attribute of Electrical Engineering shall change from "danger" into "fascination".
