Abstract :
We have succeeded in observing ESR of Co-Tutton salt using a micro-cantilever at 0.370 THz, which is the highest frequency ever achieved by the mechanically detected ESR method. The details of our development on highly sensitive micro-cantilever ESR are discussed.
