Abstract :
According to the DC bias problem of AC power network, this paper puts forward the new type power transformer based on two-phase magnetic materials, which uses flux of two-phase magnetic materials to counteract flux of DC bias. In order to get variable stable flux of two-phase magnetic materials, intelligent control system is proposed with PWM controlled rectifier and detecting circuit of peak value. We analyze the mathematical model of three-phase voltage source PWM rectifier, and give the improved feed forward decoupling strategy. Simulation model of PWM rectifier is established on Matlab/Simulink platform, and simulation model of detecting circuit of peak value is built on Multisim platform. Simulation results show that the PWM rectifier can get a steady accurate DC-bus voltage rapidly and a good robustness, and the detecting circuit can detect current peak value accurately. Experiments on the whole control system get the relation curve between DC bus voltage and DC bias current. Simulation and experiment results prove the correctness and feasibility of the control system.
