Abstract :
It is well known that quantization degrades information. Therefore, it is much better to enhance the contrast based on the original analog signal at the image sensor. For combining quantization and histogram equalization, we propose a fully adaptive online technique and its analog switched-capacitor implementation. As a result, the equalized image is constructed sequentially during image scanning
