Abstract :
Topology and power sharing strategy are two important issues of hybrid energy storage research. In this paper, a novel hybrid power storage topology based on modular multilevel converter is proposed. And a specially designed PWM method is used to realize active voltage balance. Based on the topology, a novel power sharing strategy based on fuzzy logic controller is proposed. Compared to other two commonly used strategies, this strategy can fully use character of energy storage cells.
