Abstract
A low profile, high gain, and lightweight economical structure antenna can be easily configured by using the broad-wall longitudinal slot array antennas. When a waveguide slot array has more elements and its radiation pattern has a lower side lobe, the smaller conductance is needed for some slots so as to ride on the central line of the waveguide. In this paper, the analysis of small offset longitudinal slots in rectangular waveguide is presented. The emphasis is put on the variation of slots when it rides on the centre line of the waveguide.
