Abstract :
This paper presents a machine vision inspection auto synchronizer rings motion blurred image restoration technique. CCD camera acquisition drive shafts, through image acquisition card converted to a computer. In detection process the camera keep still while the Synchronizer movement on the production line, there is relative movement between camera and synchronizer rings. So the image is blurred and it is difficult to inspect the assembled quality of synchronizer. We use image preprocessing techniques such as iterative method to improve image quality. And then we establish a fuzzy image restoration function model to separate the drive shaft image and background image, under different speeds to capture the image restoration and achieved good results. Use the system we solve the labor-intensive manual testing, low efficiency, low accuracy problem.
