Abstract :
This paper presents a new topology of the differential CCII transconductor with increased linearity in bipolar technology. The proposed circuit is composed of two positive CCII cells connected in parallel. The differential output stage contains a common mode feedback loop which allows a constant DC output level. The linearity of the proposed circuit is increased considerably by connecting a degeneration resistor between the X terminals of the two CCII cells. The simulations performed in 0.18 μm bipolar technology confirm the theoretical results.
