  • Abstract
    Having in mind the current trend and needs of industry, we have explored a new approach to data acquisition by combining it with an ad hoc sensorial network and targeting the application field of telesurveillance. The result, the concept of a ZigBee based Sensor Networks Telesurveillance System (ZBSNTS), is presented in this paper. The concept, that we present here, is only the thirst step of what will become a fully functional telesurveillance, processing and alarming system with a targeted purpose.
