Abstract :
Broadband Terahertz radiation has been generated from electrically driven, antenna and Si lens coupled Single Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs). The terahertz beam is diffraction limited with resonances due to the antenna, and a peak frequency that can be tuned by changing the antenna dimensions.
