Abstract :
In this paper, the characteristic of ultra-wideband (UWB) arrays is analyzed in space-time domain and a method of direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation for impulse signal is introduced. This method borrows ideas from signal´s cycle stationary characteristic in communication system. By decomposing the output signals´ correlation matrix of the UWB arrays, the DOA information is obtained. Simulation result shows that if the cycle frequency isn´t high, this method is valid.
