Abstract :
Summary form only given. We present novel THz detectors using carbon nanotube (CNT) and graphene devices. The use of the CNT devices has lead to highly sensitive and frequency-tunable detection of THz photons. It has been also demonstrated that the graphene device is capable of detecting the THz wave in a very wide frequency band, which originates from characteristic Landau-level formation of massless Dirac fermions.
