Abstract :
The programming of the Processing module of Multi-functional vertical eccentric circle can complete the process of eccentric circle automatically. On the base of open numerical control system FANUC 180i-MB, the Processing module of eccentric circle is programmed. Only by one setup and imputing technological parameter of machining component, can the grinding process of eccentric circle be accomplished automatically. In the machining process, the module can dress the grinding wheel automatically to repair the abrasion of the radius and length of grinding wheel so as to improve the grinding precision of component and raise its productive efficiency.
