Taking the football professionalism as its initiative, P.E.´s reform in China has been carried on for more than 10 years but there is still no players´ association. Based on the analysis of the relation between the professional sports league in China and players´ association, the paper expounds on both internal and external environments (professional sports leagues and legal systems) of developing players´ association in China by combining with the professional sports league theory. The internal conditions include the perfection and internationalization of the investment system and the competition system and the supervision system of the professional sports league; the external conditions mainly refer to the legislation on marketing anti-monopoly and the perfection on the current union law and labor law and sports law.
