Abstract :
This paper, the feedback robust control problem of the observer for a kind of time-varying delay system is researched. As to the system with uncertain parameters and time-varying delay both in state vector and control input, making use of a Lyapunov stability method, for any given uncertainty, we get the sufficient condition of stability to keep both opened-loop system and closed-loop system stable. The design of the controller depends on the existence of the answers for two Riccati equations.
