Abstract
Because in third of technological transformations, the production equipment and the craft of PanZhiHua Iron and Steel Co. hot rolling has had the sweeping change, with the expands unceasingly scale of production and many new product developments, must to the new craft, the new equipment, the new technology, the new question conduct the thorough analytical study, the exploration and the experiment, but all these need in not to affect the production task the premise to complete. Therefore, the hot rolling need to establish a set of two level of automation simulation system. Had this system platform, any experiment and the debugging may carry on in the off-line condition, but does not need to worry that can affect the production, even has the unexpected accident. The new craft, the new equipment, the new technology passes through on simulation system´s repeated debugging, applies in again the actual production, like this both the security and is highly effective, moreover the risk reduces to lowly, may have the wasted effort the effect. This article is a brief introduction to this set of systematic.
