Abstract :
For reception of cellular cultures in vitro from agricultural plants is actual replacement of synthetic hormones and other growth factors in nutrient mediums on natural. Amino acids concern to natural stimulators, phytohormones (auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins) and others peptides. From physiology of plants it is known, that auxins and gibberellins are developed mainly in an elevated part of a plant, and cytokinins - in roots. Phytohormones´re taken during aqueous-alcoholic extraction. For an extracting intensification from different parts of a buckwheat, a potato and a soybean peptides, amino acids and phytohormones optimum modes of US-processing are picked up an optimum proportions of raw material to solvent in water extracts and concentration of ethanol in aqueous-alcoholic extracts, and also.
