Abstract :
The work presented in this paper deals with the reliability evaluation of Sulaimani-Erbil electrical power system by two different techniques, minimal cut set and disjoint technique. Computer program is written in Basic language in order to implement tie set and cut set algorithms for the evaluation of the unreliability index of the power network
