Abstract :
Calculation of Ship shafting optimum alignment is widely used for flexible and nonlinear hyperstatic multi-field coupled ship power system to solve the complex problem of approximation, simplification and quantification. Because the measurement of shafting alignment condition can hardly be implemented on ship board, the algorithm of ship shafting optimum alignment is difficult to get a more accurate testing verification. In this paper, the experimental research about ship shafting alignment condition was conducted intensely on the ship shafting test-bed, based on the theory of ship shafting optimum alignment with ANSYS. The theoretical calculation of ship shafting optimum alignment was linked with non-contact measurement methods, shafting alignment condition of the test-bed was calculated and verified, and the condition monitoring of ship shafting alignment has been achieved.
