  • Abstract
A feasible and realizable TDMA-FDMA Solution to Both Frequency Interference and Tag Interference of RFID System was presented. The solution gave priority to solving tag interference, which is the prerequisite of solving frequency interference. Because the time and frequency assignment algorithm run on center computer but readers, the proposed method could eliminate thoroughly RFID reader collision and ensure readers have more communication time and higher scanning efficiency, compared to other distributed method. Then an Anneal based Hopfield Neural Network algorithm was designed to solving time assignment and frequency assignment for readers. By the algorithm, readers that possibly collide will be assigned different time slots in which readers could communicate with tags. Simulation results tested the reliability and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.
