  • Abstract
    In this paper, based on a newly presented approach for human gait recognition via deterministic learning theory, we construct a prototype for gait recognition system, display the recognition process by using the Labview-based platform and improve the recognition speed. Combined with the recognition approach and the characteristics of Labview software, the graphical programming language of Labview achieves application in human gait recognition system. The effectiveness and rapidness of the gait recognition approach under multi-pattern is verified on the NLPR gait database. The recognition speed is improved by using the parallel programming mode of Labview and the multi-core CPU of A840r-H Dawning Server.
