Abstract :
The gloving technique, a method whereby reticulation lines 11/22 kV RMS are maintained alive, is described. The principle to be adhered to is that a safe distance from objects at a different potential must be maintained. Where this cannot be achieved, such objects are covered with approved insulating equipment
