Redundant operable power station and village used as a training centre

Eskom, South Africa´s national electrical utility, has an operable power station village on the coal fields of the Transvaal which is solely dedicated to training by providing a unique learning environment. The authors describe the history, training techniques, and current program of the Wilge Training Power Station, together with a survey of its successes and visions for its future use
