Title :
Modelling and simulation of engineering problems
Abstract :
Results obtained in modeling and simulation of control engineering problems using a microcomputer without elaborate software tools are presented. The use of a microcomputer simulation model simplifies the time domain analysis and performance investigation control systems. Any special features arising from disturbance inputs may be investigated and their effects captured by the time simulation of the system. The inverted pendulum is used to illustrate the time-domain behavior of an open-loop unstable system. The results, expressed in a graphical form, serve as an efficient means of enhancing the understanding the underlying system
