Abstract :
3D Berenger´s and uniaxial perfectly matched layers used for the truncation of the computational regions are theoretically studied respectively in the discrete space, including numerical dispersion and wave impedance, which can interpret the reason that the PMLs can effectively absorb the outward wave with any incidence, polarization, and frequency.
