Abstract :
It seems that traditional enterprise management mode cannot adapt to the capricious competitive environment. As transformation in tradition, supply chain management (SCM) has also exposed its disadvantage in practice. Based on this situation, this paper put forward the concept of and supply and demand network with multi-functional and opening characteristics for enterprise (SDN), and constructs the structure model of it. Furthermore the essential characteristics of SDN are analyzed, and comparison between SDN and supply chain (SC) is given in the paper. We try our best to create a new type of management thought.
