Abstract
The idea of this paper is that we first construct approximate formulas of the distributed circuit parameter for a non-uniform transmission line, and establish an equivalent distributed circuit. Then, by using time domain method, we can get the current waveforms of the equivalent distributed circuit. In the other hand, we use full wave method to simulate the non-uniform transmission line directly, and obtain another current waveforms of the non-uniform transmission line. By optimizing the coefficients in the approximate formulas, we can obtain a set of coefficients that makes the two current waveforms agree each other, and the formulas arc finally determined. In this paper, a simple example concerning about the extraction of the static inductance and capacitance of the bent two-wire transmission line is given.
