  • Abstract
The paper researches the diesel engine of gantry crane, mainly research the ferrography and the oil physical and chemical properties of the oil monitoring technology, introduce related monitoring principles, the effect is applied of these two technology, and then for the friction and wear characteristics of diesel engine, use the ferrography to analyze and research the state of wear of diesel engine and analyze the physical and chemical properties of lubricant oil. Through experiment data, the paper gives the monitoring equipment operation state, provide a basis for the maintenance and repair of equipment, and achieve the purposes of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
