Abstract :
The paper describes a new type small size surface transverse wave (STW) microwave source with temperature compensation and low g-vibration sensitivity of less than 5×10-10/g. The frequency deviation used analog circuit with diode varactor and resistance thermistor network to compensate is less than ±30 ppm over a wide temperature range (-35°C~+55°C). Its output frequency is 2.2 GHz and has good harmonic suppression, and a small size of 2.36"×1.0"×0.59" (60×25×10 mm3). It has low g-vibration sensitivity of less than 5×10-10/g
