Abstract :
Sensitivity coefficients are calculated, for the simple thickness modes of quartz plates, due to perturbations of the elastic, piezoelectric, and dielectric material values. These are given in tabular form for various cuts of practical and analytic interest. Also shown are a number of sensitivity coefficient surfaces using the two plate orientational angles as variables
