Abstract :
In order to observe the anti-aging and life-delay effect of taurine, the drosophila were divided into two parts, one part for the survival experiment, recorded the deaths until all the drosophila died, the mean life span(MLS), half a time of death (LT50) and mean maximum life span(MMLS) of drosophila were noted, the content of SOD and MDA in control and dose groups from both sexes were determined through the method of organization homogenate at 0d,20d and 30d. The results indicated that the MLS of drosophila in high dose group and the MMLS of female in low, middle and high doses increased compared with control group (P<;0.01, P<;0.05); Dose training for 20, 30 days, the SOD and MDA of high dose group in male and female flies increased and reduced, respectively, mentioned to control group (P<;0.05); The SOD and MDA of the middle and low dose groups went up and dropped each, but some not significant. The delaying senility function of taurine was preliminarily evidenced by this research.
