Abstract
In the oil field, measurement unit by weighing in the measurement process, as the major component of the unit, because of the hopper and the hopper carrying the weight of the oil, center of gravity and weight are changing about the hopper and oil, Thereby causing the torque and rotational speed is changing. In order to clarify the process of this work, we must make reasonable model of the hopper. Then according to the physical model of dump, Calculating the hopper´s torque and rotational speed of the process. Finally, Using MATLAB simulation software to calculate the series of data curve fitting, conclude the curve of the torque and angle, rotational speed and angle.
