Abstract :
Composition and architecture of fully automated balancing machine system were introduced. And the control process of the system in this kind of architecture was provided. Key technology and implement methods in the control process were analyzed. The contour milling correction model and a kind parallel scheduling algorithm were proposed. The prototype was developed and the experiment results as well as analysis were given. The results of experiment and application show that fully automated balancing machine system could preferably realize dynamic balancing correction to the imbalance rotor.
