  • Abstract
Immunostimulatory complexes (ISCOMs), composed of antigen, saponin, cholesterol, and phospholipid, are the typical nano materials. It has the ability to hold antigen to delivery system, while ISCOMATRIX is a particulate adjuvant comprising saponin, cholesterol and phospholipid but antigen absence. The misture of antigens with ISCOMATRIX is called an ISCOMATRIX vaccine. In this paper, a new material (DC-Chol) to form ISCOMATRIX by the method of dialysis. The ISCOMATRIX is a nano materials and have the targenting effect. It has the advantage of taking the antigen to targeting cell(APCs).
