Abstract :
After the bone meal was fermented by lactobacillus at different temperature, time, inoculation volume and bone concentration, the TCA-NSI and PTA-SN were investigated. Then, orthogonal experiments were adopted to analyze the effect of each factor according to single factor experiment. The results showed that the fermentation conditions were optimum at 36°C of fermentation temperature, 24h of fermentation time, 5% of inoculation volume and 20% of bone concentration.
