Abstract :
In this paper, the author details the way in which the risks are being managed on the Millenium Greenwich Peninsula project, UK, via good, regular communication systems, by passing-on the worries of each of the team so that those best qualified to provide a solution may do so, and in good time. From the very first brainstorm through to the latest iteration of those risks it has been the sharing of responsibilities that have proved to be the most successful method of avoiding project failure and is to be recommended to those involved in similar projects
