  • Abstract
To find a new quantitative determination method for low-index ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, we study the rationality of 5mg/mL casein plate violet circle method using Luo Yu Tong capsule as experimental material. Test results shows: the correlation coefficient R is 0.9989, precision RSD is 2.11%, repeatability (RSD) is 3.66%, the recovery is 98.5%, detection stability is not less than 2h, in the range 20-60U. We can get that: this method transformed content determination into product efficacy determine, have the use value and worth popularizing.
