Abstract :
Predicting of earthquake is so difficult that much attention is paid to emergency of earthquake. In order to succor the influenced area people quickly. Quickening the speed of collecting the disaster information, especially the local real-time messages after earthquake is the most important for the government. This paper brings forward a method of quick collecting of the seismic disaster messages by using GIS technique and mobile system.
