Abstract :
This paper is about an agile software development endeavour with very challenging starting-points and unclear goals. Throughout the project many obstacles had to be removed, like 3rd party technology in Beta-state, and hurdles overcome. This paper describes the main aspects and challenges of this project and where we are now.
