Abstract :
Exerting combat efficiency of military aircraft relies heavily on its own quality characteristics, such as reliability, maintainability and supportability. Reducing aircraft´s Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) is one of the significant targets for the maintenance of military aircraft to concern. However, scientifically evaluating MTTR still faces many problems. This paper mainly aims at the problems that acquiring data, which is difficult. The cycle of validation is long and there are a lot of disputes about the results of validation during the process of validation to current military aircraft MTTR index. Therefore, by researching and analyzing comprehensive validation methods of maintainability, this paper will try to find out a set of relatively appropriate MTTR of evaluation methods.
