Abstract :
Power factor correction and suppression of current harmonic content have become important issues. For residential and industry equipment, it is necessary to take account of these requirements. This paper shows the high-performance AC/DC converter using observer theory, with discrete full-order state observer and identification algorithm. This converter achieves the unity power factor and does not scatter harmonic current in the grid
