Abstract
The duality concept has proven to be a powerful tool in a development of the new DC-DC converter topologies, and has promoted a better understanding of the relationship between converters. The paper proposes a method of how the duality principle can be applied to researching of the new resonant link converter topologies. Actually, there is a similarity between the topologies of DC-DC circuits and AC-HF resonant circuits. Most of the topologies are nonplanar which is why the duality rules are not valid. Introducing of duality analysis into nonplanar circuits is studied by simplification of them. With introducing a “time axis” into analysis the nonplanar circuit becomes a planar circuit where all duality rules are valid
