            Abstract : 
Network coding has become an important technology to solve the problem that the traditional retransmission methods are inefficient. This paper is directed against two important issues on the wireless retransmission: when to retransmit and how to retransmit. It proposes retransmission conditions and retransmission algorithm that combine network coding in unicast environment. The simulation results show that, compared to the original network coding strategy, this mechanism enhances the retransmission efficiency and reduces the packet loss rate, and controls packet delay better.
