Abstract :
The government of Mauritius is striving to make the country a cyber paradise, that is, a destination of choice for tourist and investors for the high tech BPO and IT-enabled sector. This paper proposes an intelligent multimodal architecture to provide access to business data anywhere, any time inline with the vision to make Mauritius a cyber paradise. The architecture was tested in a Flight information system, discussed in the paper. Information was successfully retrieved via SMS, Pocket PC and Telephone without any human intervention on the server side.
