  • Abstract
Bisphenol A obviously inhibited strongly the chemiluminescence that luminol as well as potassium periodate happened to oxidation-reduction reaction in aqueous solution. This decreased value of CL intensity was linearly dependent on the content of bisphenol A from 2.0 ng·mL-1 to 300.0 ng·mL-1 (R = 0.9992), The detectability was as same as 0.67ng·mL-1 (3σ). Under the rate of flow with 2.0 mL·min-1, one determination period had been finished in 21 s containing sample and rinsing owning a coefficient of variation of not more than 5%. The sensitive flow injection technology was utilized to determine of bisphenol A in Volunteers urine with recovery from 92.8% ~ 106.2%. It was proved to successful.
