Abstract :
This paper establishes lifetime return model of equipment taking account to constraint of production management of enterprise and constraint of equipment reliability. By introducing numerical example, two optimal preventive maintenance (PM) and renewing strategies which are under two sets of deferent variables are compared. By analyzing results some can be concluded: a limited times of PM promotes the lifetime return of equipment; contrary excessive PM leads to the reduction of lifetime return of equipment; optimal PM and renewing strategy maybe obtain maximum equipment lifetime return either in shorter lifetime or less times of PM; the characteristic of process of optimal PM has no aftereffect.
