Abstract :
Steel structures are mostly composed of steel gate, gate hoist, trash rack in hydraulic engineering. There is corrosion in the operation of steel structure, which leads to decrease of strength and reliability. So they belong to deteriorated structures. Based on the analysis of damage forms and characteristics of deteriorated steel gate, this article has studied reliability analysis method for components. Furthermore, evaluation criteria and maintenance strategy for hydraulic steel gate have been established through the establishment of fuzzy evaluation model using the expert system knowledge.
